Seeking to have a responsible couple or single person preferred (professionals only) who know how to take care of a home and would treat it as if it was their own. The home has been artistically curated and offers a beautiful massive space for any creative or professional coming into Los Angeles or looking for a temp space. The space is over 2200 sq ft. with a majestic 18ft high ceiling and in some areas 20ft. With two amazing huge skylights that fill the home with natural and warm light. A pure sense of an artists home. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with an additional very large spacious loft for tranquility and sound sleep. Art deco interior with all the amenities needed.
For those artists who want to take advantage of creating personal projects only
(No commercial work) I welcome Painters, illustrators, photographers and any of in these mediums alike. The home also has free parking and a private entrance for extra security. Along with a very large patio.
