Sublet my beautiful apartment for the holidays! This is an in-law unit attached to a lovely group home. There's a bedroom, living room/office, private bathroom, and private kitchen. But you will also have access to the larger house, which includes spacious living and dining rooms, a gorgeous kitchen, well maintained backyard with a fire pit, laundry, and other amenities.

We are a group of early 30-year-old creatives living communally, so the ideal fit is someone social who likes being around people. But you also have a private entrance (multiple, actually) so there is no need to participate in the group house if you don't wish to. Fully private kitchen and bath, bedroom opens up into the sun-filled backyard, gets great natural light during the day.

Centrally located right off the 10, ten minutes from downtown LA, easy to get anywhere in town.

Truly a lovely space, ideal renter is someone who has lived communally and understands the group dynamic, and can come see the space and meet in person.

$1200 for the full term, but willing to prorate. Dates flexible. Also, I will be looking for doggie care for my well behaved pup, so if that's something you are interested in, we can talk about a discounted rate for doggy care.
