This is our home and we are going on an extended trip from Nov 9-Dec 10th.
We have the landlord express permission to sublet while we are away.
Our personal items will remain in the house but will clear closet and bathroom space for you.
This is a great neighborhood with a view of the Hollywood sign from one bedroom and DTLA from the other.
Birds sing and there is a park at the end of the street. Generally quiet and peaceful. We also have great neighbors.
The house has insurance coverage but it does require references and copy of your photo ID etc and sign a simple 1 page sublet agreement.
