The centerpiece of this space is the 26 foot classic GMC motorhome (often mistaken for an Airstream), parked off-street amongst the trees and set up with extensive adjustable studio desks and monitors for doing creative work: Audio, Video, Graphic Design, Streaming… (No neighbor problems with moderate volumes). Plus you’ve got all the comforts of home: fridge/freezer, stove top, sink, bathroom, hot shower, AC, dual heaters, and super fast WIFI!
On the deck above the RV, there's a private sunny / shady space with plants and a view of Silverlake, plus patio furniture, and a perfect place to put down an exercise mat.
Due to the compact size of the studio, its great for solo or duo work, but sorry, no bands, and no parties on the premises. Responsible creatives only, and good references are essential
Available Dec 1st, for minimum 3 months at $750 per month (or could do 1 month minimum for $950, with option to extend at $750 a month… if you want to try it out. Electricity, water and Wifi included. Security deposit of $900 and first months rent due upon move-in.
