About the unit:
Newly remodeled 3-bedroom (1,350 sq ft) 2-bath unit located half a block from the Sunset and Vermont Subway Station, The unit is located on the second floor in a beautiful Spanish style 4 unit apartment building, on-site parking and laundry facility, high ceiling, new refrigerator and stove, Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and hospitals. Large kitchen, AC unit in each room, balcony, hardwood floors. Also lots of big windows, so its very happy/bright with natural lighting!
I am growing some herbs (basil, thyme, etc.) on the window sill, and there is a grill out in the back too!
If you're familiar with LA already, you may know of "HomeState Tacos"...we live right around the block from there and its literally the best breakfast tacos ever. If that's not a good enough reason to move in, then idk what is lol. There's also a great little neighborhood wine bar right around the corner, and a bunch more awesome coffee shops, restaurants, thrift shops, etc.
Our street is cute and we have nice neighbors :) and a big tree right out side the living room window.
EASY STREET PARKING! We have permits for the street right out front, and we also have a gated parking space in the back.
