Who This Suits
Someone who values a clean, modern, peaceful environment; is respectful and self-sufficient; doesn’t bring many guests; keeps noise low; and appreciates a quiet, upscale home rather than a social household. Overnight guests are cool. I have them somewhat frequently. No parties in the apartment itself. The building has plenty of space to party. I'm looking for someone with steady income who has no problem verifying themselves and their income. Money cannot be an issue.
About Me
I’m a 37-year-old single male from California working in finance, and I also run a company managing an RIAA-certified music producer. I work from home in the living room and maintain a calm, private, and clean household. I work constantly and value personal space and a quiet environment. I typically have overnight guests in my room one to two times per week. I’m respectful, organized, and considerate, and expect the same from a roommate. The producer I manage, who is very friendly and courteous, will be present occasionally for meetings and music sessions—never past 10 p.m. and never disruptive to your schedule. There are plenty of areas in the building where we can meet if it's disruptive to you. I work in the living room and am frequently on the phone/videoconferencing. It's important to me to keep the living room a workspace/studio, but the couch and patio are there for you to enjoy. If you make music, you're welcome to plug in and use the workstation.
