Great pad in the best part of L.A. The reservoir is literally around the corner. Only a 5 min walk to Sunset Blvd and all that fun.The Patio gets sun all day long and my new cold plunge (w/ fresh water at your desired temp) and bicycle are yours to use while you stay. Espresso Machine is choice and the King Size bed is really comfy. BBQ grill and outdoor treadmill, pull down Screen and Projector for entertainment, High end Vinyl setup with some great records to spin. Lamill Coffee across the street, outdoor park spaces all around. Whole Foods, Los Feliz, Glendale, Atwater steps away. I've been living in this neighborhood for 15 years and it's by far the best energy / vibe in L.A.
