West Hollywood is one of the most popular neighborhoods in LA. Great coffee, food, restaurants, farmers markets, gym, everything within walking distance. Our zipcode is 90048 and out home is located on near Beverly Blvd in LA. Next to the Beverly Center and the Grove.

Trustworthy Airbnb Superhosts for 15 years, Fully verifiable. My partner and I are both working professionals and are the dad’s of 1 cat and 2 rescue bunnys. This is our home.
ABOUT YOU:
Clean, House Proud, Responsible, Communicative Non-Smoker that is familiar with short-term rentals and sublets. Looking for a well- reviewed, quiet and experienced sublettor with no pets to look after this space for the dates above.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
Your cost to sublet 8/16 - 9/7 is $2,800 which includes utilities, internet, etc.
+ $1,000 Fully Refundable Security Deposit
+ $150 Cleaning Fee
(For referenced we pay $5,100/month to live here, and believe the price we’ve set is very fair)
