This is a fantastic spot. You will have private parking in a parking garage. The studio apartment is big for it being a studio, it also has an alcove inside it. 652 square feet with a Juliet balcony.

The complex in general is nice, you have access to a pool, hot tub, two club houses, a 24/7 gym access that is on the same floor as this unit. There's also a conference and business room as well in the complex with grills, lounge areas, and more.
It's in Chinatown so very close to DTLA, its also close to Little Tokyo and the Arts District and also close to Echo Park/ Silverlake. So if you enjoy these areas, you are very close to them
The unit is $2350 a month which includes the parking spot and all the utilities plus wifi.
