I’m planning a trip out of the country (November–January) and would like to sublet my master bedroom with a private bathroom for a single occupant.
The room is located in a duplex (house-like setting) nestled on the hill of Mt. Washington, at the cross streets of Figueroa and Avenue 37 (ZIP code 90065).
The room comes furnished with a private bathroom, a spacious closet, a comfortable queen-size bed, shelving, and lamps. Items left in the room can be discussed based on your preferences.
You’ll have access to the kitchen with all its amenities, the dining and living areas, and a charming, green backyard.
The property is in a picturesque, hilly area with great hiking trails and stunning vistas steps away. It feels like living in the wilderness while still being in the city.
Conveniently located near major freeways (5, 110, with easy access to 101, 2, and 134) and a 3-minute walk to the Metro station. Street parking only. I’m looking for a mature, responsible, and quiet subletter.
