I'm looking for someone quiet and respectful of the space - and of my neighbors - as this unit is in an old Hollywood bungalow build with thin walls. Relaxing. Bright light. Easy neighborhood street parking. Outdoor space for your morning coffee. Coin Laundry on site. The perfect place to spend a few weeks in sunny Beachwood Canyon and relax.
