This is a unique opportunity for someone who is truly in need of an emergency place to live...here is why:
I have an rv that is in pretty bad shape. However, it is suitable for a temporary place to live. I'm having some trouble getting it to pass smog this time around, and I don't have a place to park it during the time that I try and figure out the problem. It's in my name, and I have the registration. However, I will not receive my sticker until the smog check is passed. I'm hoping that I can find someone who can provide a place to park on private parking such as a driveway or backyard or something of the sort and charge a very low cost for rent in exchange to whoever is providing the parking. I'm willing to negotiate the rent, but truthfully, I'm concerned about the parking spot most of all. If you or someone you know could use a place to stay and can meet those requirements, you can reach me by call or text at the number provided here, or you can also reach me at show contact info
. You can also send me an email. However, I check those less frequently.
About the rv:
It's a 27 foot long rv, which is about the size of 1 and 3/4 standard parking stalls. It's a 1990 Winnebago warrior. The picture that I have included is the one I had from the original day I had gotten it, which was many years ago, and it has been through the worst since then. It has a roof leak, but I have the materials to fix it if I have a place to park it for me to do the job. It comes with a tarp that is big enough to cover it if needed. I also have a covered parking enclosure that you can use as long as you have space to set it up. I included a picture of the covered parking canopy so you can have a good idea of what I'm talking about. I would hate to list all of the things that are wrong with it because it is not a small list. The bottom line is that it's better than the streets and being in the cold....this is why I consider it an emergency place to live. It can fit 2 people comfortably, but truthfully, it is better for a single person. I'm willing to allow pets, but large dogs are not going to be very comfortable. However, I understand if you have no other choice. Everything in it works, but it will need to be hooked up to shor power ( plugged into an outlet). The only thing that will work without being plugged in is the stove and oven. Whenever the tanks are full, I will arrange to pick it up and empty them and return it back. We can talk more about that process when we need to. The time frame is kinda questionable because I am really trying to fix it so it will pass smog and register it. Once it's registered, we can discuss how to move forward....I wouldn't mind the exchange being longer term if everyone is happy and everything is going well. But truthfully, it's all something that we can talk about in person. I will be fair and write up something we can sign so nobody feels like they got cheated. You will essentially have the same basic rights as a tenant and I as a landlord.
You can direct message me for more details, but please don't waste my time, I am trying to help out someone who really needs it and solve my parking problem at the same time.
