As a "Full Service" audio visual provider, we specialize in the service, sales, and rentals of equipment typically found in the hotel environment for corporate meetings, conventions, and seminars.
Oversee all audio visual equipment through set-up, troubleshooting, operation, and strike. Be knowledgeable on new and innovative technology and search for ways to utilize them. Help our customers reach their education and training goals by providing technology to enhance their events. Comfortable interacting with customers and have outstanding interpersonal skills. Instruct clients on correct usage of equipment. Work well individually and with a team.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, crawl under tables. This job can have physical demands.
Must have good computer skills and take a proactive approach to problem solving
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service experience is a plus!
Minimum of one year industry experience preferred.
