EVERYBODY, LA's first and only radically inclusive gym, is currently hiring local LA based BEGINNER LATIN DANCE movement teachers who are passionate about creating a radically inclusive space for all to move, strengthen and heal. We are located in North East Los Angeles in Cypress Park, close to Highland Park, Atwater Village and Silverlake. We are also looking for instructors for our newest location in Long Beach.
Founded in 2016, we are a radically inclusive gym and wellness community that prioritizes the needs of folks who are underrepresented, stigmatized and omitted from fitness spaces including those who identify as LGBTQI+, BIPOC, disabled, fat identified and body positive. We truly believe that all bodies are good bodies! We don't promote weight loss or body shame or try to "fix" anyone, instead we promote feeling better as you are while pursuing your own fitness goals, however you define them. We make fitness fun and inclusive while creating programming by and for a variety of folks who are traditionally underrepresented in the fitness industry.
We have an array of in person programming that we are looking to grow and add on to at our gym.We are looking for group class instructors who specialize in spin, HIIT and/or circuit training to join our team and provide exciting programming for our community that helps all bodies learn how move, build, strengthen, and heal.

The ideal candidate is....
-Punctual
-Has relevant certifications to provide instruction
-Has reliable transportation
-Is local to LA area
-CPR/AED certified
-Teach their classes with accessibility in mind: providing many options and alternatives in a non-hierarchical way
-Excited to represent a radically inclusive business
-Genuinely passionate about health and wellness and committed to making it inclusive
-Available for at least one weekly recurring class
-Create fun playlists of music for classes
BIPOC, disabled, plus size, LGBTQI+ and all allies to the front!
