MODBLT is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber to serve as Lead on active construction projects in Compton and throughout Los Angeles County. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stable, well-compensated work on quality projects.
**Responsibilities**
• Lead plumbing scope on commercial/residential construction projects
• Coordinate with project superintendent and subcontractor teams
• Ensure work is performed per plan and code
• Mentor and oversee plumber's helper(s) on site
• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness standards
**Requirements**
• Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent documentation
• Minimum 5 years field experience in commercial or residential construction
• Reliable transportation to Compton and LA County jobsites
• Own tools required
• Strong references from recent employers or GCs
• Ability to pass background check
