Most important part of any job is following instructions,

I am looking someone who is well acquainted with using an airless or conventional spray equipment, as well as using a brush, prepping, sanding, wire brush, bleaching, staining or brushing on a variety of paints, preparing lacquers and a variety of paint materials is a plus, must be able to work at different onsite jobs as well as a shop, able to work from ladders to scaffolding is important, we do a variety of finishes I'm hoping to find someone who can learn fast if shown a process, Absolutely must be a team player,
Can understand English and speak enough English to be understood,
