Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable full time Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
•Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties throughout Glendale and surrounding territories.
•Collaborate with other team members to complete projects as needed.
•Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.
Qualifications
•Proven experience as a Handy Man is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and methods across various trades (plumbing, painting, electrical, unit takeover, water heaters).
•Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•Candidates must have their own tools.
•Must have a valid driver’s license and a truck.
•Must be familiar with asbestos.
•Experience with old construction.
•Knowledge of old piping, such as cast iron.
