Help Wanted: Framers & Construction Laborers (Starting at $30+/hr DOE)
General Construction is currently hiring dependable Framers and Laborers for ongoing commercial and retail construction projects throughout Southern California.
We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in quality work, show up on time, and can work as part of a professional crew.
Position:
• Framers
• General Construction Laborers
Pay:
• Starting at $30+ per hour (Depending on Experience)
• Opportunity for growth with a steady pipeline of work
Job Duties May Include:
• Wood & metal framing
• Site prep and material handling
• Assisting carpenters and lead trades
• Jobsite cleanup and organization
• Following safety protocols and supervisor direction
Requirements:
• Basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, speed square, tool belt, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites
• Punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Framing experience preferred (but strong laborers welcome)
Preferred (Not Required):
• Commercial or retail construction experience
• OSHA awareness
• Ability to read basic plans
Work Environment:
• Professional job sites
