Lead Residential HVAC Installer (Full-Time)
We’re hiring a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to oversee and complete high-quality residential heating and cooling installations. In this role, you’ll lead a crew on-site, ensure installs are completed safely and to code, and deliver a great customer experience from start to finish.
What you’ll do
• Lead residential HVAC change-outs and new installations (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, air handlers, ductless, etc.)
• Plan job layout, review scope, and coordinate materials/tools for each install
• Supervise and train installers/helpers; keep work on schedule and up to quality standards
• Set equipment, run line sets/duct transitions, start-up systems, verify airflow/charge, and test operation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and document job details/photos as needed
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and follow OSHA/company safety procedures
What we’re looking for
• 3–5+ years residential HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting, start-up, and airflow/duct fundamentals
• Ability to read install manuals/specs and ensure code compliance
• Valid driver’s license; able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
• EPA 608 certification required (NATE preferred)
