Everything works, one year old duel American made deep cycle giant batteries, roof A/C and LP heater, LP stove, Frig ac or LP, water heater LP, bunk bed and beds at table, very small restroom shower. Only 17' total length tongue to rear, 84" wide(7ft) same as every standard PU with small mirrors. No Parking restrictions for oversized or wide. 200 watt solar panel roof system with auto charger, small inverter for computers, TV, or CPAP and such, plenty of 12 VDC power points for USB changers, one 12 vdc rear night vision camera with monitor inside. Rear receiver for accessory mounting like bikes or generator.
DC TV with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth? 25 plus gals' fresh water (filled with RO water now). one year old ish tires.
New 10' Awning total length of trailer. New sealed roof.
All LED lighting in and out, red interior LED for good night vision and less bugs, with bright white LED interior.

Towes so easy, very light weight and easy to park. mostly parked inside while I owned it.
Family is growing, we are getting new 10' to 14' larger trailer, better for four to six adults.
