We have about 2000 items we need to post, maintain, and update on eBay for internet sales. We have everything needed for the job including an in-house photo studio. On a side note, we also plan on making an in-house catalog, any experience with that would be beneficial.

-Knowledgeable in the ways of eCommerce (mainly eBay).
-Learn quickly and retain the knowledge well.
-Patient and willing to teach a team what they know to improve work flow.
-Work well with a team.
-Good at relaying information, whether written or verbally.
-Versed in researching the market.
-Use their analytical skills to read/find market patterns, trends, and opportunities through their research.
-Take that information and relay it to the team to take full advantage.
-Listen to orders and plan/strategize around them, the less time needed to supervise you the better.
-Great prioritization skills.
-To enjoy what they do.
-To be trustworthy and reliable.
-To be motivated to work.
