CONDITION and issues:
- the power is not turning on, i am not sure what is wrong with it or if it is fixable.
- missing the inner cooking pot, but you could get an used one for cheap at the Good Will or yard sales
so, only inquire if you think you can fix it and make it work.
otherwise it is very clean and has no other apparent damage.
