A 30-hour workweek, Monday through Friday (10AM-5PM) with a one-hour daily break.
Salary: $3600/month guaranteed, paid holidays and time off benefits.
Location: Fully remote with the Orange County or Long Beach area residency

Key Responsibilities:
*Collections: Follow up with clients on overdue payments, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
*Accounts Payable & Receivable: Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections from customers, maintaining a clear record of transactions.
*Salesforce Integration: Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between sales and accounting teams.
*QuickBooks Management: Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting data in QuickBooks Desktop Pro.
*Misc projects supporting other departments
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant, Collection Specialist, or similar role with strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
*Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Salesforce, Google Office.
*Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills. Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Assist other departments when necessary with miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects.
*Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
