We have an immediate opportunity for a full time Payroll Clerk with an HVAC Services company in Norwalk. The Payroll Clerk will process payroll for 30 employees, calculate highly complicated payroll for field employees for 3 different divisions, handle union reporting, and certified payroll reporting. Other duties will include reviewing payroll reports and timesheets for accuracy, assist in payroll and timesheet audit activities, assist in tax calculations and filing activities as per IRS regulations, respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely manner, analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions, maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate, maintain employee payroll records and timesheet data for future references.

Proficient on Excel
Union Reporting and Certified Payroll reporting experience is required.
