Hello, we have a studio/garage for rent for 1 responsible individual. We are looking for a quiet person with no substance use that is looking for privacy and is respectful of our home. It is a detached garage from the main house with a private entrance from the backyard. It offers its own restroom and a small sink/refrigerator and stove. It also offers cabinets to put your own dishes away. It also has AC. We currently have a dining table, dresser, and a king size bed there ready as well. This would require a $600 deposit and first and last month. Rent is $1450 including bills. There is plenty of street parking. NO PETS. Would need to show pay stubs to prove you can pay the rent.
