The bedroom has a walking closet, the other room is small and can be used as an office, guestroom, and, or for a roommate.
There is no laundry room on premises.
Not permitted to install laundry appliances.
No parking on the premises/ street parking
The property consists of three apartments only, and one is occupied by the owners, a senior citizen , and her son.
We are a very quiet community, and by 10pm, the tenants and owners are quiet, and / or sleep, some of us go to work as early as 4:30am, so we are mindful about the noise and the going up and down the stairs.
The tenants in the already rented apartment are happy. We all respect each other and are courteous, good neighbors.
I care, protect, feed, and nurture for the feral and street, abandoned cats. Furry and featherd...creatures, angels from heaven (The property is a safe place,a sanctuary for all of them, with feeding stations and shelters all around the small property.)
Rental insurance is required. And a must-have.
Monthly rent, due on the first of every month is $2100.00
A cat is allowed for an additional fee, $25.00 per month.

To fill out the rental application.

If approved: for moving in,
Proof of income, 2 1/2 times the monthly rent, credit score, and employment. (Every person occupying the apartment)
Picture ID. (Every person occupying the apartment)
To move in: The rent for the first month occupancy, $2100.00 of Apartment, plus deposit of one and a half month's rent , of $3150.00 ( deposit can be paid in two installments, half with the first month rent, the other half on the second month occupancy)

The rent is due on the first of the month. (Every month)
We are gated and have multiple cameras at the entrance and around the property.
We are in a street/alley,
Credit check, credit score, and rental history.
The last 3 addresses you live in., phone number of property manager or owner.
Reason for moving out.
Two recommendation letters. (If possible)
The owner pays for gas, water, hot water, sewer, and trash.
The tenant pays own electricity.
