This desk appears to be solid oak and was probably made in the 1920's or 30's. The top is solid oak with Tiger Oak venreer. See attached photo for the beautiful pattern of the tiger oak. The desk used to be a roll top. Included in this offer are the original oak slats and lock board. The desk could be restored to the old roll top feature. The desk is currently broken down into its' individual pieces. This will make it easier to transport. It is solid, well made, and weighs about 400 lbs. in total. Well made piece of history. Use as I have as a nice office desk or restore to the original roll top feature. Thank you for your interest.
