Like new, in box, Snoo + leg risers (for reflux), low legs, two sheets, one sack. It just didn't work with our setup and we ended up using a different bassinet when our baby was a newborn. Finally clearing out our garage. Hope this will be a gift to someone who wants it at more than half the price. Pickup only. Should fit in a trunk or back seat just fine.
