1972 Ericson 27 in fair-good condition. A sturdy little boat more or less ready for a Catalina trip tomorrow. Solid hull that hasn’t leaked a drop since we have had it. The owners have had her for 11 years and have done standard upkeep.

New to newish; through hull valves, deck paint, exterior wood varnish, head plumbing.
