If you are in Southern California, take advantage of this, before I list it with a broker! I will be screening potential buyers before arranging a showing to weed out the looky loos, so don’t ask if it’s still available, without some other content that shows you are a serious buyer.
Now that is out of the way. This boat is clean, well equipped and priced to sell. Price is FIRM, not to be negotiated. Compare it to the MS390 in MDR, listed on Yacht World right now for $149k!
Less than 1000 hrs on the 2 Volvo engines. It’s a Catalina boat. Oil and fluids changed less than 100 hrs ago. Boat surveyed November 2023 and about 10 hours on engines since. Will likely need a bottom paint job in the next year. Bottom cleaned monthly and zincs changed as needed.
Equipped with HRO Seafari 450 water maker, Northern Lights generator and Magnum 3000 W charger/inverter. Mix of older and newer Furuno navigation instruments. The HVAC unit in the salon is non-op, but the one for the lower part of the boat works great. Auto pilot is non-op. New windlass, New steering ram.
I spent the first month or so of ownership, labeling all the systems with p-touch labels
