For $15k and $200/month in expenses you have 7 days exclusive use of a gorgeous 38' Yacht. You are on DMV title as well as our partnership agreement. You own 1/4 of the boat and may resell it whenever you decide to leave the partnership. I can assist with sale. All scheduling is done conveniently via Google Calendar. Each partner is guaranteed a minimum of 7 days per month to use the vessel. Take your friends and family fishing, harbor cruising, or to Catalina in style. This boat is large. Easily accomodates 20 for a day trip or 8 for an overnight trip.
Owner will consider financing with $5,000 down.

She is a perfect Catalina cruiser, Fishing boat, and vacation home on the water, featuring a very well maintained Ford Lehman diesel engine with only 500 hours of run time. Loads of battery power provided by 2 golf cart batteries
This yacht features ample interior and exterior space. Gorgeous master stateroom with private bathroom and even a bathtub; guest stateroom with bunks and it's own private bathroom. Well-appointed galley (kitchen) complete with refrigerator, double sink, stove, and microwave.
The large upper deck offers panoramic views of the marina and and is easily accessed via lower, barbecue deck. By the way fisherman, this boat is designed for fishing with walkaround deck, rod holders, bait tank, and full size barbecue.
About the Partnership:
Dues of $200/month cover slip fee, bottom cleaning, insurance. A separate fund is maintained to cover the cost of repairs and boat maintenance.
WHY JOIN A PARTNERSHIP RATHER THAN PURCHASE A BOAT ON MY OWN?
1. You will have a much nicer, larger boat. An individual can own a 1/4 share of a boat that is approximately 4 times what he could afford on an outright purchase.
2. Your monthly expenses for keeping the boat will be ¼ that of an outright purchase.

3. While paying ¼ the price to buy in and ¼ the monthly expenses you can use the boat almost as much if you owned it outright. In my experience with partnerships, a partnership boat is used an average of 5-7 days per month total, a bit more at the beginning. Visit any marina, even on a busy weekend, and you will see that people that own boats rarely use them. Members of this partnership only sign up for days they reasonably expect to use. This way the calendar stays wide open in case you want to use the boat spur of the moment.
4. Turnkey operation. The boat has been selected, vetted, and thoroughly tested under the supervision of a retired captain with over 20 years experience creating and managing partnerships. Slip has been applied for and secured. Insurance bound. All details of the boat and partnership have been handled and are ready for you to simply join in the fun.

I am a retired USCG captain and I train new partners weekly, free of charge. New partners must pass partnership on water safety test before taking the boat out on their own. This is for your own safety, the safety of the boat, and the safety of the people around you in the harbor.
