23 foot sailboat has been dry stored in San Pedro over winter months. Summers spent in Catalina. Perfect little boat for channel crossing. 10hp outboard sips just over a gallon from San Pedro to Avalon. Has been on trailer for half a year in storage, all was working prior to storing. Great boat just needs a little time to organize and cable manage. Main sail is not the origonal most likely from a catalina 22 still sails just fine. Jib sail works could use some attention. Auto helm is included for tiller set it and forget it once aimed to the island. Again good little boat just dont have time to spend with her. Reach out with any questions. Dry storage most likely transferable in San Pedro about $250 a month. Trailer included.
