The C & C 37 Mk II is one of the best designed and built C & C’s ever made, and it would be worth your time to make an appointment to view this vessel if you’re a serious buyer.

C & C 37 Mk II is swift and powerful. It is a well built traditional sailboat, blending good sailing attributes for performance or just heading out on a cruise. In the cockpit or moving about the decks this design is quite comfortable, and has a pleasant and spacious cruising interior below decks. The layout is very sensible, with a good use of the space from bow to stern, with ample storage. You will find it comfortable on a mooring or underway. The Genoa sheeting tracks on the C & C 37 Mk II are closer to the centre-line, this allows sheeting the foresail in and squeezing out an extra measure of upwind performance. Her double-spreader rig is soundly engineered and built with the best materials and fittings. The C & C group of designers were some of the most successful hull designers in the world, teamed with industrial designers. These men knew yachts, resulting in innovations in many areas that are important when you think about an investment you make in purchase of a C & C 37 Mk II. GLOOSCAP II carries their unique deck-to-hull joint, and there isn’t one more secure in the world.

This Rob Ball designed C & C sailboat has a modest beam, deep lead fin keel, balanced deep rudder, taller mast height and full helm. This combination makes for a great sailing boat in all kinds of weather. Her interior is well illuminated with natural light from the main cabin side windows, an acrylic hatch over the main salon, with another in the V-Berth. The Port side bathroom window and one Starboard side above the wet locker provide additional light and ventilation. The clear acrylic removable Lexan drop board and sliding companionway hatch allow additional illumination and ventilation. Two deck mounted dories allow fresh air flow for ventilation.
