This is a Marina Owned Boat. The Lien paperwork allows for a CA title to be issued and the Property taxes are current.
The boat has not been lovingly maintained though the last few years.
This gives you the ability to upgrade systems one by one to a boat. Any other boat for sale you won’t know how old the “New” items were installed and you didn’t get to pick them or the colors.
MECHANICAL:
Pathfinder Diesel Engine that is seized from sitting. Possibly could be unseized / rebuilt or there is a possibility for a Volvo Diesel available (for an extra cost)
