We are seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and dependable coordinator to help manage scheduling, communication, and operational flow for a fast-moving professional office.
This is NOT a passive receptionist role.

### Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule appointments
* Manage calendars across multiple clinic locations
* Communicate with clients, offices, and professionals by phone and email
* Answer calls and return voicemails
* Enter and update information accurately in internal systems
* Anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational issues before they arise
* Help keep day-to-day operations organized and efficient
* Track ongoing tasks and follow-ups

### Additional Information
* This is a fully in-person role based in Long Beach.
* This is a full-time position and is not a remote or hybrid role.
* The workflow can be fast-paced at times, so strong organization and prioritization skills are important.
* Training will be provided, but this role is best suited for someone who learns quickly and can operate independently once trained.

* This role involves significant communication, scheduling, coordination, and operational organization throughout the day.
* Prior experience in medical offices is not required.
* Experience with Google Sheets, scheduling systems, CRM software, AI tools, or workflow/project management software is a strong plus.
