Highly regarded, from what I've read this is rebranded NEC gear.
Originally paired with a MCS 3865 amplifier
Tested, works great. Very nice cosmetic shape as well, just a bit of scuffing/scratching primarily on the edges. Bottom signal/tuning lights appear to be out.
