Craft Cocktail Bartender / Server – Local Applicants Only

We’re looking for an experienced craft cocktail bartender and server to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants who do not meet the requirements will not be considered.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of craft cocktail bartending or serving experience
Strong knowledge of cocktail building, spirits, and bar technique
Must live within an 8-mile radius of our Long Beach location (non-negotiable)
People-friendly personality with the ability to build and retain regular guests
Must be comfortable occasionally posting to our Instagram stories (using a company phone) and collaborating with our marketing team to promote events and specials
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is passionate about spirits and hospitality, confident on the floor and behind the bar, and invested in building a strong community of regulars.
