POSITION IS PART-TIME / FULL-TIME

Job requirements:
• Develop and maintains Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Food Safety Plan, and Prerequisite Program such as Sanitation, Good Manufacturing, Food Defense, Recall, Allergen Etc.
• Provides documents to customers when requested, spec sheet, raw material specifications (Origin, quality, Audit checklists, Certificate of analysis, lLab Test, letter of Guarantee etc.
• Assign Tasks and Responsibility to team members and ensure the timely Completion of Quality control Activities.
• Ensures all required documents are ready as schedule for audits, HACCP Verifications.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Knowledge of Food Safety Procedures
• Experience in the HACCP is preferred
• Demonstrates strong Organization Skills and attention to detail
• Has Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Maintain Positive Attitude
• Other duties as assigned
