The SPWR-A5 is a specialized version of the Enphase IQ7HS, with additional Sunpower firmware that allows the SPWR-A5 to be automatically recognized and controlled by the Sunpower Hub+ and Sunvault units, as part of the Sunpower Equinox system. However, it will also work seamlessly on a regular all-Enphase system, using an Envoy or Gateway.
High-powered IQ7HS microinverters dramatically simplify the installation process, while achieving high system efficiency for systems with 60-cell, 66-cell, and 72-cell modules. Part of the Enphase Energy System, IQ7HS microinverters integrate with the IQ Battery, the IQ Gateway, and Enphase software for monitoring and analysis.
