William Skall also known as Bill Skall was cinematographer in many movies including Billy the kid.

the chair has a couple of minor flaws being old, this thing is probably 75+ years old. it still had the silk screen of his name on it. i had some black covers i had made that you also get. This chair could be cleaned up and revarnished and would look quite cool.
the price is firm, this is not an ikea piece its part of Hollywood history.
