My rabbits may be priced a little higher, but that’s because I breed with strict standards, focusing on health, temperament, and the correct dwarf type, not just quantity. As adults, they stay under 2.5 lbs, which is the proper size for a true Netherland Dwarf. Every bunny is carefully evaluated to make sure quality always comes first.
Cheaper “dwarf” rabbits from other sources often grow into bigger rabbits with long faces, narrow heads and big ears, not quite what most people expect. I want new families to truly understand the difference, so there are no regrets later on.
Keep in mind, bringing home a bunny is an 8–10 year commitment. When you think about all those years together, the price is really not expensive at all for a healthy, well-bred companion.
