This furniture is about 8 and a half years old. Solid wood. 2 of the chairs have arm rests. Chairs need cleaning or reupholstered. No tears/no rips though. Just dirty from dust and normal usage. The table extends longer with middle section (included with purchase). $300 OBO. I paid over $2,000 for this set back in August of 2017. Needs to go fast!! We want a smaller and round dining table for our home
