It’s been sitting unused for several years in the parents garage, as my mother’s vision issues now prevent her from proper safe operation of the scooter

The old batteries were replaced by new ones a couple of months ago

No special cable or transformer is required for charging

Charging is by a standard off-the-shelf NEMA 5-15P to IEC 60320 C13 power cord [INCLUDED]
