Part-Time Caregiver Needed – Compton, CA (Non-Live-In)
Compensation: To be discussed during interview
Location: Compton, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Split shift coverage (AM/PM), Monday–Friday (5 hours/day) and Saturday–Sunday (4 hours/day)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver, preferably male, to provide support for a 70-year-old male (over 400 lbs) currently in rehab. This is a non-live-in, long-term assignment requiring intermittent weekly assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing and dressing
• Meal preparation
• Basic mobility and toileting assistance
Care Environment
The home is fully equipped for safe and effective care, including:
• Hospital bed
• Hoyer lift
• Wheelchair
• Oxygen equipment
• BiPAP machine for sleep support
• Male PureWick system for urinary assistance
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license (transport support may be needed)
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be dependable, patient, and trustworthy
• Background check required
• Non-live-in position
• Long-term assignment
Pay & Hours
This is a cash-paid opportunity. Rate and daily hours will be discussed during the interview process after a hiring decision is made.
