This is a hands-on role with potential to grow for someone who’s dependable, efficient, and takes pride in what they do.
What We Do:
We provide exterior and interior window cleaning, soft washing, and pressure washing for residential and commercial clients. Every day is different, and we’ll provide all equipment and training to set you up for success.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, first job starts at 9:00 AM
No nights or weekends required
You’ll pick up equipment daily and hit the road from there
What We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Fast-paced, efficient worker with a strong sense of quality
Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and on tile roofs
Physically fit and ready to work outdoors in all conditions
Clear communicator — you’ll be working independently without direct supervision
Must have a truck or SUV to transport equipment
Leadership potential is a big plus — we're looking for someone who wants to grow
Compensation:
$22–$30/hr, depending on experience and performance
Paid training provided
