We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working Janitor & Shop Porter to join our team.

Position Overview
The Janitor & Shop Porter will ensure our facility is kept clean, safe, and organized, supporting both our technicians and customer experience. This role is essential in maintaining the professional standards and smooth daily operation of our shop.

Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of shop floors, bays, offices, customer lounge, and restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the day.
• Assist with moving vehicles in and out of bays, parking lot, and wash area.
• Maintain shop equipment cleanliness (oil dispensers, car wash, lube pits, etc.).
• Stock supplies (soap, paper products, shop towels, etc.).
• Support technicians by keeping work areas clear and organized.
• Perform light groundskeeping (sweeping outside areas, keeping entrances clean).
• Assist with parts deliveries, customer shuttling, or errands as needed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.

Qualifications
• Previous janitorial, porter, or shop experience preferred (but not required).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
