Bogar Tech Designs LLC is a fast-growing eCommerce company specializing in precut automotive film kits. We manufacture and ship vehicle-specific paint protection film, window tint, vinyl, and other adhesive film products to customers.
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. This role combines production work, quality control, order fulfillment, and shipping in a fast-paced environment.
Unlike a traditional warehouse position, much of this work involves working with vinyl and adhesive films using computers, vinyl plotters, and hand tools. Many employees compare the work to arts and crafts, sticker production, Cricut projects, or precision assembly work.

Monday - Friday: 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
Position Summary
Production & Fulfillment Associates are responsible for producing, preparing, inspecting, packaging, and shipping pre-cut automotive film orders.
This position requires attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain quality while working efficiently. Team members work with computers, vinyl plotters, cutting equipment, weeding tools, packaging materials, and shipping systems throughout the day.
Success in this role comes from being dependable, organized, focused, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing repetitive tasks (i.e weeding/ peeling) efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Pulling, prepping, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately.
-Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
-Taking initiative and proactively addressing tasks.
-Solving problems and troubleshooting as they arise.
-Performing additional warehouse duties such as cleaning, organizing, and other related tasks as assigned.
Physical Requirements
To excel in this role, you should be comfortable with:
-Standing, sitting, bending, twisting, stooping, and/or walking for extended periods.
-Perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods
-Use hands and fingers for detailed production work
-Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds
-Move and handle vinyl rolls and shipping materials
-Work safely around production equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
-Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, fulfillment, or shipping experience
-Experience using computers in a work environment
-Experience working with tools, equipment, machinery, or production systems
-Experience with vinyl, decals, sign making, Cricut machines, arts and crafts, sewing, precision assembly, or similar detail-oriented work is a plus
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to learn new software and equipment
-Strong work ethic and positive attitude
