We are seeking a dependable laborer to assist with seismic brace and bolt retrofits on residential homes throughout California. Work involves foundation bolting, installing brackets, and related retrofit tasks.
Details:
Pay: $25/hour, paid in cash
Typical project length: ~3 days
Part-time, project-based work (great for supplemental income)
Must be comfortable working in crawlspaces and under homes
No prior retrofit experience required, but construction or labor background is preferred
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Safety-minded and willing to work in confined spaces
