Maintenance & Painting (Irvine CA)
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Per project hiring - Seasonal / Temporary labor
This project requires persons with the ability to perform simple tasks quickly and efficiently.
Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
1. Painting ***(touch ups)**, must perform painting task clean and efficiently.
Maintenance Task:
1. Remove and apply caulking around sinks, tubs and toilets where needed
2. Replace mini blinds
3. Remove and replace florescent tube light bulbs
4. Remove and replace stove drip pans
5. Remove and replace microwave filter screens
6. Re secure bath towel and Toilet Paper bars
7. Check and unclog all drains
8. Tighten Cabinet hinges
9. Etc.
compensation: 20 / HR + OVER TIME
Must have your own basic tools!
Must have reliable transportation!
