When posting include at least some sort of link of something or an idea of where to find your music, not just " i WaNT tO pLaY" or "wE aRE a biG bANd aNd neED X peRSoN" and then post. An idea of skill level helps when a prospect wants to reach out. It doesnt take much to literally take your phone out and post a 10 second video to youtube. Maybe you deserve to be here grasping for other musicians
